TAOS both poses a challenge and offers an opportunity to Telluride Association in relation to our commitment to reducing inequity in access to educational opportunity, and our broader efforts to build anti-racism and DEI concerns into our work.
We recognize that students’ personal circumstances may, at times, challenge their effective participation in TAOS and reproduce inequitable access to academic opportunity. We are committed to reducing inequity to the extent possible through providing free access to technology, varying program formats, a series of wellness workshops, and one-on-one support from program staff.
